SOASTA buys website performance firm LogNormal

UK/US— Mobile and web performance testing firm SOASTA has acquired performance measurement agency LogNormal, extending its platform to provide marketing and operations teams with real user behaviour.

California-based LogNormal was founded by Buddy Brewer (pictured) and Philip Tellis and offers clients information about how their website performs from a user’s perspective.

The deal was completed last month and the LogNormal team have joined SOASTA with immediate effect.

Brewer said the deal would “combine our expertise to deliver performance testing, monitoring and measurement in a single platform.”
