Skopos brings mystery shopping service to UK
The service is already established in Germany. The UK offering will be led by Skopos director Paula Juson. NEKXT uses a combination of mystery shopping, mystery calling and customer surveys to evaluate the quality of contact between companies and clients, in person and online.
Skopos said that the NEKXT approach, built around a set of questions relating to customer relationships, has already been used by clients including Apple, Audi, Fiat, Microsoft and T-Mobile in mainland Europe.
