US— SiteSpect has won a contract to provide multivariate testing tools to DIY online survey software firm SurveyMonkey.
SurveyMonkey plans to use the SiteSpect software to help guide decisions around redesigns and enhancements to its website, which has more than 40 million visitors per month.
Ashley Carroll, SurveyMonkey’s senior product manager, said: “We believe the best decisions are based on user-generated insights, so a data-driven approach derived from A/B testing makes a lot of sense for us.”
