Silent Customer hires new commercial leader

Most recently, Green (pictured) was client service director at ESA Retail, where he led the client service function and delivery of mystery shopping programmes.
The appointment comes as Silent Customer is increasing its investment in new technology, products and approaches to mystery shopping.
Green will work alongside managing director James Keleher to drive the company’s commercial growth and develop the next generation of its mystery shopping proposition, including exploring how it can improve programme design and delivery.
Keleher said: “Richard has a rare mix of deep operational experience and genuine innovation in how customer insight is delivered. He’s built and scaled these kinds of programmes before, so he understands both the detail and the bigger picture.”
Newly formed holding company Sharcc Group acquired majority stakes in Potentia Insight, DataTree Connexions, SigDiff, Potentia Sports, Pegasus Insight and InsightX earlier this year.
The holding company announced it had bought Silent Customer last month (June 2026 ). Silent Customer will continue to operate independently as part of the group.
