US— Ipsos Observer president David Shanker is readying a three-pronged assault on the North American marketplace, naming new local leaders for the survey management, data collection and delivery business.
Shanker’s former OTX colleagues Allison Gunn and Dennis Barbelet will head up the region’s west and east areas respectively, while Ipsos executive John Ward has been given responsibility for the central area. The trio report to Shanker.
He said: “These [three] teams will be focused on building client relationships and driving client service on a more regional, local and personal level.”
Shanker was made global president of Ipsos Observer earlier this month. He was previously chief operating officer of OTX prior to its $71m acquisition by Ipsos.
