Sensum appoints Callaghan as chairman of the board

UK – Emotion artificial intelligence company Sensum has appointed former Intel Capital (INTC) senior investment director Damien Callaghan as non executive chairman of the board.

Callaghan (pictured) has spent 21 years at INTC, including as an investor for Intel global VC arm Intel Capital, and in business development roles in the company’s internet of things and software business. 

He has also advised the Irish government on its policies to enable innovation and he chaired the advisory board of Ireland’s €500m Innovation Fund.
