Senior hires for Access Intelligence

UK – Communications software firm Access Intelligence, owner of social media insights platform Pulsar, has appointed Phillip Palmer as head of corporate strategy and planning and Michelle Goodall as chief marketing officer.

Both Palmer and Goodall join Access Intelligence’s senior leadership team and will work across all brands in the group, which also includes media intelligence platform Vuelio and media and PR network ResponseSource.

Palmer joins the company from behavioural planning agency Total Media, where he was head of research and insight.

Goodall was previously head of marketing at software-as-a-service community and messaging platform Guild, and prior to that was a consultant with clients including Locog (London 2021 ), Viacom, Direct Line and the V&A, and led digital at PR agency Lexis.

Access Intelligence bought Pulsar from Cello Health in 2019.
