US – Next15-owned Savanta, the company formed from the merger of MIG Global’s data and insight businesses, has appointed Marni Hirschorn as vice-president of account management, based in New York.
Hirschorn (pictured) spent the past 11 years at Ipsos, where she was most recently senior vice-president of media development. Prior to Ipsos, she worked at Millward Brown, Givaudan and OTX (acquired by Ipsos).
She will be responsible for building a team focused on commercial and research success.
Joining Hirschorn in the New York office commercial team is Gregory Spears, who previously worked at Yelp.
Meanwhile, senior consultant Amit Sahni, senior project manager, Mohamed Hasoun, and project manager Ankur Jain, have also joined the company, based in its Toronto office.
The recent hires follow Savanta’s launch in the US and its subsequent move to a new office premises in New York earlier in the year.
Vin DeRobertis, Americas chief executive, Savanta, said: “I am excited to welcome Marni to the rapidly growing Americas team at Savanta and I look forward to her leadership to both colleagues and clients. Greg, Mohamed, Amit and Ankur continue our rapid advancement in the Americas and we are pleased to have them aboard.”
