S4 Capital in discussions to buy Mightyhive

Following media reports speculating on a deal last month, S4 said it is in “advanced discussions” in relation to the “potential acquisition of MightyHive”.

If the deal goes ahead, it would be S4’s second acquisition following the merger with Dutch digital agency MediaMonks earlier in the year.

Repeating its earlier statement on potential purchases, S4 said acquiring MightyHive would be “in line with the company’s stated strategy of creating a new era, new media solution embracing data, content and technology.”

No further details were shared on the potential transaction.
