Rosetta hires two for healthcare division

US — Customer engagement agency Rosetta has hired Nikki Muntz and Eileen O’Brien to support growth and development in its Healthcare business.

Muntz (pictured) joins Rosetta as partner, healthcare business development, having previously been at Shaw Science where she was responsible for establishing and growing scientific services.

Meanwhile O’Brien joins as associate partner, paid, owned & earned media. She was previously director of search & innovation at Siren Interactive.

Healthcare Vertical leader Shannon Hartley said: “Creating true personalised programs demands deep customer insights, multi-channel marketing experiences and robust analytics to optimise client ROI. Nikki and Eileen bring together the right mix of capabilities we need to continue to lead the industry.”
