Rival Technologies launches AI programme for research teams

The company has designed the 12-month scheme with the aim of helping market research teams within brands move on from AI theory.
The programme, ‘Innovation Insiders’, includes monthly AI workshops, access to tools and a private peer community that aims to accelerate experimentation and adoption.
Participants in the first cohort include research teams from People Inc and Warner Bros. Discovery.
Rival said it developed the programme in response to founder and chief executive Andrew Reid observing the volume of social media hype around AI.
Reid said: "We wanted to create a space where learning and collaboration come first, not just another product pitch. It’s about giving brands a front-row seat to the changes shaping our industry."
