Rhetorik acquires 1 Stop Data

UK/CANADA – Business-to-business (B2B) data services company Rhetorik has acquired B2B data firm 1 Stop Data for an undisclosed amount.

The combined company, which has retained both company’s teams and branding, will seek to extend the reach of Rhetorik’s data, artificial intelligence (AI), analytics and insights capabilities.

Rhetorik is based in Wokingham, Berkshire, and has a data services hub in Quebec City, Canada, operating globally and focusing on AI, while 1 Stop Data was founded in 2001 with a background in data enhancement, lead generation and digital marketing.

The acquisition follows Rhetorik last year completing a CAN$5.5m debt funding round to expand its global data services and AI targeting platform Neuron360.
