UK— Customer experience management software specialist ResponseTek has hired PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Mark Hill as its managing director for the UK and EMEA region.
Hill’s new role will see him responsible for managing and accelerating ResponseTek’s presence and expansion across the two regions. He joins from PwC where he spent three and a half years leading the UK customer experience SME business for telecommunications.
His role at PwC saw him developing the customer experience methodology for brands including HSBC, Orange, BSkyB, MTel, France Telecom, RBS, Jaguar Land Rover, Nestle, Calvin Klein, Heineken and several government departments.
Syed Hasan, president and CEO of ResponseTek, said: “Mark brings a wealth of customer experience and industry knowledge to our business. He also has proven record of helping guide companies through complex customer experience initiatives from strategy development through to execution. These combinations of strategic leadership coupled with operational know-how makes a great addition to our team.”
