ResearchWiseAI creates AI Excel tool
The tool, called Pulse for Excel, allows users to carry out qualitative analysis within Microsoft Excel, including analysing open-ended survey responses and other text data alongside quantitative findings.
Other features include sentiment analysis to understand positive, negative and neutral tones in responses, theme extraction and AI-code open ends.
Ray Poynter said: “For years, researchers have wanted a simple way to integrate powerful text analytics directly into the tools they already use every day.
“Pulse for Excel delivers on that promise. It gives researchers the ability to transform raw text into structured insights, without needing to export data or learn new platforms.”
Will Poynter, co-founder of ResearchWiseAI, added: “By embedding Pulse’s powerful text analysis into Excel, we’re enabling researchers to enrich their findings, save time, and focus on delivering deeper strategic value.”
