ResearchBods launches pop-up insights platform

UK – Customer data and intelligence agency ResearchBods has released a do-it-yourself insight community platform aimed at brands and agencies.

The ‘ex-plor lite’ tool is offered as a short-term, self-serve option and includes the same features as ResearchBods’ ‘ex-plor’ platform.

Through the service, users can access mobile-optimised quantitative and qualitative methodologies including discussion rooms, diary studies, quick polls, online surveys and video focus groups. Participants are incentivised through an automated rewards engine.

The admin area also allows clients to manage tasks and learn about members’ behaviours using machine learning.

ResearchBods said it has developed the platform in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
