Research Results launches quality framework
The system, ‘Radar’ (Respondent analysis and data anomaly recognition), combines technical fraud safeguards such as IP validation with behavioural and engagement evaluation.
The behavioural assessment will explore response patterns and engagement signals to identify inattentive or inconsistent participation in surveys.
John Zarrella, president and founder at Research Results, said the company sourced technologies from a range of industries to create the system, adding that it “doesn't just detect fraud, but actually understands how people behave in surveys”.
Based in Massachusetts, Research Results offers services including online research panel building and management and online survey programming.
