US— Research Now has promoted Kate Svoboda to vice president of operations for Canada, the northeast and the western regions of the US.
She has been with the firm since 2004 and was previously operations director.
Svoboda reports to EVP of global operations John Tan, who said: “Kate demonstrates a high commitment to our clients and is ideally suited to take on this position. Kate will help us maintain our focus on client service excellence, and will play an important role in implementing a number of key operational initiatives intended to provide further benefits to our clients.”
