Research Now duo given global roles

US— Online data collection firm Research Now has appointed two executives to new global client service and client development roles.

Craig Stevens has been promoted to executive vice president of global client development having previously led client development efforts in the US, Canada and Latin America. He has been with the firm since 2004.

John Tan, meanwhile, becomes senior vice president of global operations on a permanent basis. He was previously interim SVP.

Prior to Research Now, Tan held senior roles at Greenfield Online where he focused on global operations, offshore operations and operational process improvement.
