Research companies partner on consumer trends platform

US – Behavioural insights firm InsightsNow has partnered with consumer insights business 113 Industries and consumer science company Aigora on an AI system to help brands sense and respond to customer change.

Brain in a lighbulb

The tool, called Insights Hub, is built using 113 Industries’ Jacquard AITM Innovation Workspace combined with Aigora’s data integration system and agentic capabilities, supported by InsightNow’s behavioural framework.

Insights Hub looks to test and create new concepts and project strategies, as well as to understand subconscious drivers of consumer choice and provide ideas on how to act in response to them.

Using AI agents, Insights Hub will assess customer behaviour throughout the customer journey, and uses social listening, market intelligence and survey data. The AI agents are trained on InsightNow’s Habit Flywheel behavioural framework.

Dave Lundahl, chief executive at InsightsNow, said: “By combining behavioural science with AI, we will enable teams to detect shifts in sentiment, uncover emerging needs and respond with strategies that resonate deeply and drive impact.”
