Research Clever expands team

UK – Market research agency Research Clever has made a series of hires, including Payal Jani joining the leadership team as operations director.

Jani previously worked for organisations including Savanta, Potentia Insight and Sainsbury’s Nectar Loyalty, and will lead Research Clever’s operations strategy in her new role.

Frankie Slattery has been appointed as senior business development manager, having held prior positions at Language Connect and Bilendi, most recently as associate director.

Kristian Barnard has been named as senior account manager, with past experience at IDC, Frost & Sullivan and Global Data.

Wendy Phu has been hired as senior project manager, having previously worked across fast-moving consumer goods, technology, retail and public policy at Savanta, Basis and On Device Research.

Research Clever was set up two years ago and is based in Borough, London. The business focuses on areas such as survey programming, data collection and analysis, and covers more than 130 countries.

Ross Cafferkey, founder and chief executive at Research Clever, said: “When I started the company, my aim was to make research operations faster and smarter.

“This expansion gives us the capacity to support more agencies and consultancies globally, while maintaining the accuracy, collaboration and care that define our work.”
