CANADA – Consumer insights holding company Reid Campbell Group, parent of Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights, has changed its name to the Rival Group Inc.
Former Millward Brown chief executive Eileen Campbell and siblings Andrew Reid and Jennifer Reid co-founded the group in 2018, launching Reach3 and Rival Technologies at the same time.
Reach3 is an insight consulting business while Rival Technologies offers a mobile research platform.
The group said it is rebranding to reflect the two businesses increasingly working together.
The leadership teams will remain the same, with Andrew Reid continuing as group chief executive and chief executive of Rival Technologies and Campbell retaining her position as board chair.
Jennifer Reid retains her role as president of Rival Technologies and Matt Kleinschmit will remain chief executive of Reach3.
Campbell said: “This rebrand is to ensure that our focus remains on new agile tools and techniques to deliver the insights that global brands require in today’s hyper-competitive landscape.”
The group recently launched a mobile community insight tool for qualitative and quantitative feedback and a mobile messaging gaming insight service.
