UK – London-based creative agency Red Brick Road has announced the launch of Emerald, a sister agency focused on data.
The company has appointed Claire Aldous (pictured centre) as head of data planning and analytics to run the new agency. Aldous joins Emerald from the Inside Ideas Group, where she led data planning and analytics across Oliver, DARE, Adjust Your Set and Aylesworth Flemming. She also spent 10 years at Proximity London.
Emerald, which will be located within Red Brick Road’s office in Clerkenwell, London, will work alongside the agency on shared clients, but will also have its own separate accounts.
Aldous said: “Extracting real value from data takes more than machines – it requires a human lens. With a team of data scientists and data planners, groundbreaking proprietary products and services, Emerald will help clients uncover the hidden value in their data.”
David Miller, chief executive, Red Brick Road (pictured left), said: “We’re ramping up our efforts to create followings for our clients’ brands; data is critical to this.”
Miller also praised Aldous’ ability to “uncover the hidden commercial and business value within complex data” and make data “transparent and truthful”.
