US — Market research and consulting firm RDA Group saw revenue up 9% for 2012.
According to its year-results, RDA Group saw revenues of $19.1m, up 9% on the previous year and 26% up from 2010.
The company said the revenue growth over the last few years was driven primarily through client diversification and the launch of RDA Group’s automotive research platform, Quality Feedback, which tracks vehicle quality and customer satisfaction through its global survey and online reporting.
“We have been delighted with the positive response we have received from the automotive community and look forward to adding new clients to the program,” said Don Pietrowski, president of the RDA Group.
