UK— Radian6, a Canadian developer of social media monitoring software, has acquired its UK reseller 6Consulting for an undisclosed amount.
6Consulting has partnered Radian6 since 2009 and boasts a client list including Kellogg’s, EDF, the Central Office of Information, the Metropolitan Police and Dyson.
Aall 20 staff will move over to the new company, which will be renamed Radian6 Technologies UK.
Radian6 CEO Marcel Lebrun (pictured) said: “The UK is a strategically important market for Radian6. We have a strong and growing customer base and we are seeing strong market momentum as many other businesses and agencies adopt listening platforms to engage with their customers in the social web. With the acquisition of 6Consulting, we will be able to better service this important market.”
