QuenchTec launches chatbot survey tool
The Chatbot Survey Builder allows researchers and marketers to be more creative in communicating with consumers and have a conversation with research participants to capture the right type of information through conversational design.
Sewberath has more than 20 years’ experience and was working as a consultant before taking this role. He has also worked as a programmer at Synovate and then specialised in creative survey design and took the position of creative research director at Lightspeed.
Chairman, Dietmar Walter, said: “Dennis is well known in the industry for his passionate efforts to make survey design a priority and to develop creative approaches for better and more engaging survey experience. The newly launched ChatBot Survey Builder is one of several development initiatives to continue providing innovative survey technologies.”
