US – Customer experience and experience management firm Qualtrics has updated its CoreXM platform.
CoreXM works by using predictive artificial intelligence analytics to get feedback and insights from customers and employees.
The updates include a predictive AI tool that bring structured and unstructured data together, to help identify trends that influence business decisions and analyse large amounts of data.
New automated actions have also been added to the platform, such as raising tickets, sending alerts and creating notifications.
And an advanced listening system has been added, using information from more than 125 data sources.
Zig Serafin, president of Qualtrics, said: “CoreXM is a system of action that transforms company cultures from simply measuring performance to seeking out and eliminating poor experiences.”
