Qualtrics updates experience management tools

US – Customer experience firm, Qualtrics, has added a series of innovations to its experience management (XM) tools.

Qualtrics’ CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, ProductXM and BrandXM have been updated with customer alerts and recommended company actions to improve the impact of XM on business growth.

The new capabilities link the four experiences of business across departments, roles, and teams to create an experience-oriented culture.

Notifications are delivered directly to mobile devices so everyone from executives to entry-level employees can take action in real time.

Julie Larson-Green, chief experience officer, Qualtrics, said: “Embracing a complete experience management system is becoming more critical. Companies need to go beyond traditional satisfaction and sentiment to enabling their employees with action-based insights.”
