Qualtrics adds to BrandXM

US – Customer experience firm Qualtrics has extended its BrandXM tool to help companies share insights across their organisation, integrate social media touchpoints for continuous monitoring of online presence, and access data sets to understand the impact of marketing investments.

BrandXM was created to help organisations understand how their brand is connecting with consumers, monitor real-time changes to the competitive landscape, create experiences for targeted audiences, and predict which investments will have the greatest impact on delivering their brand promise.
