QRS and Tragon merge
David Japhet, CEO of QRS, will be CEO of the new company.
The new business will have 85 employees and locations in San Francisco, Chicago and New York City.
The merger includes RedJade, a proprietary web-based application and real-time reporting tool. Douglas Vort, who was CEO of Tragon, will remain president of RedJade Software Solutions.
Japhet said: “We are excited to combine the complimentary talents and values of these exceptional sensory and consumer research companies to form a new leader for our industry.”
