US – Publicis Groupe-owned digital agency Publicis Sapient has appointed Leah Buley as group vice-president, experience research lead.
Buley (pictured) will focus on deepening the company’s digital business transformation practice capabilities, working alongside chief experience officer John Maeda.
She joins the company from digital product design platform InVision, where she was director of design education. She has previously worked at Forrester Research, Intuit’s Design Innovation Group and Adaptive Path.
Buley is also the author of the book The User Experience Team of One. Maeda said the book “marked a shift in the technology industry to combine designers’ intuition together with quantitative and qualitative research to more effectively solve users’ problems”.
