Pre-seed funding for Shiplog

US – Customer intelligence business Shiplog has raised almost $1m in pre-seed funding from companies including Kima Ventures and Project Europe.

Pot of money and plant

Shiplog was set up in March 2026 and has built AI customer intelligence agent Ada, which evaluates customer needs, finds adoption challenges and churn risks, and recommends action to address any issues. The company is headquartered in the US.

The funding will be used to expand the company’s work, as well as hiring engineers. Ada already connects to platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Shopify and Stripe.

Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and the Station F Fund were also involved in the pre-seed funding round.

A blog post from the company said: “We’re starting with businesses where customer behaviour changes quickly, customer volume makes manual decision making impossible, and retention and expansion define long-term growth.

“Over time, we believe every customer facing company will operate this way.”
