Potentia Insight launches healthcare division

UK – Market research company Potentia Insight has formed a specialist division for healthcare research and created a healthcare and carer research panel.

Doctors and nurses

The division, called Potentia Health, will focus on insight and evidence from the health sector, and the healthcare and carer research panel, Second Opinion, brings together frontline professionals from across the NHS, private healthcare and social care settings.

Second Opinion was developed in collaboration with and co-owned by the charity Concerts for Carers, and provides access to hard-to-reach healthcare professionals across the UK.

Concert for Carers supports the wellbeing of NHS staff and paid carers by providing access to live events.

The panel will provide opportunities for participants to take part in paid research on issues such as the future of healthcare, treatments and care services.

Colin Clifford, commercial director at Potentia Insight, said: “Healthcare professionals and carers are under enormous pressure, yet their insight has never been more critical.

Potentia Health allows us to bring sharper focus to this sector, and Second Opinion offers organisations an ethical, high-quality and reliable way to hear directly from the people delivering care every day.”

Terence Abbott at Concerts for Carers added: “We’re delighted to partner with Potentia Insight on Second Opinion. It’s another way for us to celebrate and empower people working across health and care by giving them a platform to influence policies, services and innovation.”
