UK – Last night in London, the Market Research Society held its 2017 Operation Awards celebrating the best of those involved in running the sector.
Among the winners were for best data collection: Facts International (face-to-face), respondi (online) and ICM Direct (phone). Populus Data Solutions won best data solution and E-Tabs Dashboard Design Service won best support services.
ICM Direct also took home the best training and development award while Aspect Viewing Facility won best viewing facility and Cobalt Sky won the operational excellence award, with Hall & Partners highly commended.
The Oppies have been running for four years now and the award ceremony, sponsored by IFF Research, was held at Revolution in London.
