PM Group signs Rentrak for local TV ad metrics
The PM Group said it would utilise Rentrak’s local TV ratings currency, including its Polk Automotive Segmentation, to make more efficient advertising buys for its TV advertising clients.
The PM Group and its two affiliated agencies, The Wood Agency and Binocular Media, will adopt Rentrak’s local TV ratings currency in San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, Corpus Christi and Harlingen-Brownsville-McAllen for planning and buying local television campaigns.
Bob Wills, chief executive officer of The PM Group, said: “We are no longer confined to such a small sample of homes to evaluate TV viewership. When you consider the size of their data pool in San Antonio, Rentrak’s reported viewership is incredibly valuable when planning and buying media.”
