UK — Mobile phone retailer Phones 4u has picked online insight communities specialist Tuned In to handle its online community, theuBar.co.uk.
TheuBar enables Phones 4u to generate timely insight into a range of business topics, across a variety of internal departments according to the retailer and was launched in 2009 having been built on Vision Critical’s technology.
Phones 4u’s head of insight Katie Kaylor said: “We were very impressed with Tuned In’s approach throughout the pitch process and we are enjoying working with them to make the uBar an even more important insight tool for the business.”
