Phoebe Fareham to lead Truth’s creative team

Fareham (pictured) was previously creative director at Strat7 Crowd DNA, where she spent eight years. She began her career on the international news desk at the BBC and later held content production roles at Time Out.
Truth Studio is the consultancy’s creative team, which works with clients to create strategic tools, creative outputs, video, white papers, immersive workshops, journey visualisations and playbooks.
Agencies are increasingly developing their strategic and creative capabilities as AI streamlines parts of the research process.
Matilda Andersson, chief executive at Truth Consulting, said: “Phoebe’s editorial skillset is exactly what insight needs right now. We are living through an explosion of data, decks and AI-generated content, but more information does not automatically create more meaning.
“Insight only creates value when it is clearly understood, powerfully communicated and acted on. Phoebe brings the craft, judgement and cultural fluency to help our clients cut through complexity and make their insights work harder.”
In addition to appointing Fareham, Truth Consulting has promoted associate director Carlota Rosa-Delgado to AI lead. She will lead the agency’s approach to AI transformation, including its introduction of Claude and Anthropic tools across workstreams.
Rosa-Delgado will also work closely with Elizabeth Gladwin, head of AI and innovation at parent company Paritee, which acquired Truth in December 2025.
Andersson said: “Carlota is phenomenal in her use of AI and her knowledge of tools and technology. She is also completely embedded in Truth’s ways of working and is the right fit to drive change in how we work with AI and create value for our clients.”
