People Pattern launches Audience Insight platform

US — People Pattern has launched Audience Insight platform, which converts unstructured, public data into audience insights.

The People Pattern Audience Insight platform allows users to append any unstructured data — such as public posts, tweets, blog commentary, ratings and reviews — with structured data — such as CRM, customer loyalty or transactional data — to predict audience segments using demographics, interests and media behaviours.

Audience Insight uses natural language processing and machine-learned algorithms to identify and classify personas from data sets across multiple sources.

People Pattern also provides API access to the platform, allowing for integration with existing internal capabilities.
