MedeConnect appointed William Russell as international account director.
Planet Retail recruited Frank Weibelzahl as sales director. He was previously sales director for Europe at Mintel.
Brand Potential hired Julie Needle as marketing director, Amira Youssef as senior consultant and Andy Patten as project manager.
BDRC Group appointed Greg Berry to the board of directors of its operations business, Perspective Research Services. He was previously director of technology at BDRC Continental.
GI Insight recruited Barry Smith as senior consultant. He has previously worked for Experian, Jaywing and Transactis.
Dipsticks Research launched two new research divisions, Explore and FMCG Insights. Explore is headed by Katie Bryan-Brown (ex-Department of Transport and MRUK), while FMCG Insights is led by former Intersnack marketing director John Vincent.
ODC Services appointed Matt Reynolds, ex-Opinion Matters, as sales director and Mina Odavic as junior sales manager.

MR software developer Confirmit named Karine Del Moro as marketing director. She joins from Satmetrix.
GfK NOP appointed Richard Lawrence as director of consumer healthcare in its consumer products and retail division. He previously worked for IMS Health and Symphony IRI.
Bray Leino hired Katherine Almond as head of insight. She was most recently head of media and research at RH Advertising in Exeter.
Forrester Research hired Lindsey Colella as senior community manager in the market insights team.
Vision Critical National Panels named Bouavanh Chatooria as director, quotations and partnerships.
Web Analytics Demystified appointed Brian Hawkins as a partner in the firm. Hawkins previously worked for Offermatica (which was acquired by Omniture) and Adobe (which acquired Omniture).

TNS named Mark Finnegan as research director and Ryan France as development director. Finnegan is former head of market insights at Telecom NZ while France joins from TNS Japan.
