CMI (US) has hired Janice Harllee as controller, Pamela Vaughn as field manager and Sarah Bromley as associate project manager.
RS Consulting (UK) has appointed Kavita Rainova as research and data assistant and Rob Carr as trainee research executive.
DunnhumbyUSA has promoted Meredith Edwards to associate director for client leadership, Mindy Hazelwood to insights director, Patty Taylor to director for client leadership, Stephanie Weingartner as associate director for communications and media, Natesh Shetty as associate director of US products and Jessica Tepas as senior associate for client leadership.
Former Vivid Interface executives Lisa Holt, Jo Walther and Paul Kemp have launched Zing Insights, a new agency based in East Anglia.
Gai Le Roy, former Ninemsn insights manager and Nielsen audience measurement vice president, has joined Fairfax Media (Australia) as manager of research and insights.
Digital marketing firm Knotice (US) has appointed Jeff Carey as director of analysis and strategy.
MMR Research Worldwide (UK) has appointed Jo Morton, ex-Nielsen, as client service director; Simon Williams, ex-Frank Research, as research director; Ronit Tong, ex-Transport Research Laboratory, as research executive; Tamsin Maries as trainee research executive; Kate Hargreaves, ex-TNS RI, as statistician; and Hollie Kernohan as trainee research executive placement student.
Branding agency 1HQ (UK) has appointed Charlie Howarth as a brand semiotician. He joins from GfK NOP where he was a research executive.
AMS Market Research (US) has named David Saul as president. He previously worked for Diagnostic Research/Added Value and The NPD Group.
