People on the move

The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research and consumer insight business. This week featuring Millward Brown, Maritz Research, eDigitalResearch, Caravan Ingredients and Beyond Analysis.

Millward Brown has hired Kerstin von der Brelie as chief talent officer for Europe. She was previously a member of the European HR leadership team for Yahoo! and is a former employee of pay-TV company Premiere, TM3 Television and AOL Time Warner. At Millward Brown von der Brelie will sit on the European board, reporting directly to CEO Tim Wragg.

Maritz Research has appointed Susan Lipske in the US as strategic consulting director within its retail research division. Lipske is a former area vice president for MarketTools.

EDigitalResearch has made eight internal promotions in the UK: Lacey Tudur and Lucy Russell become research managers; Jenny Gidley and Graham Larkin move up to senior research analysts; Michael Garland and Thomas Sondej are now research analysts; Ed Dick has been made marketing executive; and Hannah Lewis moves into the research department.

US food company Caravan Ingredients has appointed Marge O’Brien as consumer insights manager. She was previously vice president of client solutions at Information Resources (now known as SymphonyIRI).

Beyond Analysis has hired Lisa Didsbury as director of decision sciences. She joins the company from Pacific Micromarketing in New Zealand and previously worked for Experian Marketing Services in Australia. In her new role Didsbury will be responsible for leading Beyond Analysis’s data analytics team.
