People on the move

The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research industry. This week: Mindset Media, R&D Leverage, iPerceptions, imc2, Archibald Ingall Stretton, NORC, Inuvo and x+1.

SAM GOSLING has joined US research agency Mindset Media as scientific adviser, where he will work alongside the firm’s research team to support the improvement of personality typing and prediction. He is currently a professor of psychology at the University of Texas.

US-based tool manufacturer R&D Leverage has appointed TAMARA CHRISTENSEN as director of research. She was previously director of research at Strategic Solutions.

PAUL ROBILLARD has joined iPerceptions in the US as vice president of marketing. He was previously at Fortsum Business Solutions, where he was vice president of sales and marketing.

US brand engagement agency imc2 has appointed MICHAEL DAVIS as chief creative officer and URVASHI PITRE as vice president of relationship analytics and insights. Davis joins from DraftFCB where he was senior vice president and group director at the communication agency’s Chicago office. Pitra is a graduate in experimental psychology and has spent her career developing data analytics procedures.

UK ad agency Archibald Ingall Stretton has appointed MARTINA SCHELL to the new role of head of user experience. Schell, who specialises in design research, joins from Flow Interactive where she was principle user experience consultant.

The National Opinion Research Center (NORC) in the US has named CHERYL AUSTEIN CASNOFF as a senior fellow. She has spent her career working on health policy and public health topics, including a spell as member of the President’s Task Force for Health Care Reform.

CRAIG DILLON has joined US online marketing agency Inuvo as senior vice president of analytics and media buying. He was formerly chief technology officer at mobile communications agency PeopleNet.

KENNETH RONA has been appointed vice president of data strategy and analytics at US predictive marketing agency x+1. He joins from IXI Digital Media, where he led the firm’s analytics and product management efforts.
