UK – Katherine Hardwick and Lucy Ramsay, former insight leaders at food manufacturing business Samworth Brothers, have co-founded insight and strategy consulting business Pentacle Insight.

The business will focus on five disciplines for clients – future growth, consumer insight, data optimisation, insight to innovation and high-performing teams.

Hardwick was previously group insight director at Samworth Brothers, while Ramsay was group head of category.

During their careers, the two have worked in senior client-side roles in FMCG, insight, category and innovation.

Katherine Hardwick (pictured, left) said: “We're excited to launch Pentacle Insight at a time when businesses have access to more information than ever, but often struggle to turn it into clear, confident decisions.

“With access to data no longer a competitive advantage, the edge comes from knowing what matters and having the confidence to act. Our ambition is to help businesses unlock future growth through deeper consumer understanding, sharper insight, purposeful innovation and capability building.”
