US – Data analytics business IRI is nearing a deal with investment firm Partners Group Holding to buy the business, according to Reuters.
Currently owned by New Mountain Capital, the deal is reported to be worth more than $2bn. It is thought the agreement will be announced in the next few weeks.
IRI was recently chosen by Google to join its Measurement Partners Program, as a partner for marketing mix analysis.
