US – Market research data collection company Paradigm Sample has completed an acquisition of assets from Canadian online panel firm Tellwut for an undisclosed amount.
Following the acquisition, Paradigm intends to use Tellwut’s proprietary panel and programming platform, US and Canadian consumer and business-to-business profiled panellists, and monetisation API integrations.
In addition to acquiring the assets of the Tellwut business, the deal will expand Paradigm’s presence in Canada and eastern Europe through Tellwut’s team of employees in sales, marketing and technology.
Both Paradigm and Tellwut’s teams will continue to operate in their current capacities, with existing roles remaining intact.
Cyrus Deyhimi, chief executive of Paradigm Sample, said: “The acquisition grows Paradigm’s proprietary technologies around panel and monetisation, panel assets and most importantly increases feasibility for our clients.”
