US – Programmatic sampling and panel business P2Sample has released P2Perform, its AI-powered technology to improve respondent targeting and to reduce churn.
The technology improves sample targeting and conversion rates so that it can reduce waste of online research participants. It can process a virtually unlimited combination of demographic and behavioural markers and field statistics, detecting patterns at an individual level and compensating for hidden quotas and misleading specifications.
P2Sample CEO Mathijs de Jong (pictured) said: "Sample companies talk about the respondent experience, but few take meaningful steps to improve it. We have enhanced our respondent targeting system using AI to find the survey for which the respondent is most likely to qualify for and complete."
