UK— Media research agency Other Lines of Enquiry has launched a new division that targets media clients working within the television sector, called

The division will be led by Penny Browell, a senior research manager at the firm who previously worked as research manager at BBC1, as an international researcher for the Discovery Channel and as a media analyst at the European Broadcasting Union. will offer qual and quant research services and has access to more than 165,000 adults through its in-house panel,
