Orians to head Critical Mix global customer care team

US — Kevin Orians has been hired to head up Critical Mix’s global customer care team.

Orians (pictured) will be responsible for the development of business strategy, operations staffing and leadership for the Critical Mix customer care team.

He has previously held roles at Market Strategies, Kantar Operations and TNS.
