INDIA — Orchidea Research has announced the launch of its CATI and online services.
The company launched 20 years ago as a pen-and-paper research company and has now branched out into online methodologies. These services have launched initially in markets including the UK, USA, Canada, India, China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Spain, France and Germany and will expand to 40 more markets in coming months.
Orchidea Research co-founder and director of operations Vaibhav Kushwaha, said: “We strive to deliver quality services to our clients and respondents by building technologically advanced products and services, which will not only meet their present needs but enable future mile stoning as well.”
