ORC International appoints Noden as research director

UK — Market research agency ORC International has appointed Richard Noden as research director for its customer strategy and technology department. 

Noden joins after running his own research intelligence company working with a range of blue-chip technology clients on product innovation, customer loyalty and channel management.

Noden will be focused on showing clients in the consumer technology sector how ORC International’s Customer Equity Model can help them build customers loyalty.
