Online focus groups introduced by Netquest
The groups will recruit participants from Netquest’s existing online access panel, and will incentivise participants to take part in the focus groups.
The company said that the online focus groups would allow for qualitative research to take place completely online without the need for getting people to meet at a physical location.
Netquest will run the groups using the Cisco Webex Meetings platform.
Ferrán Savín, marketing director at Netquest, said: “In the current difficult circumstances, which complicate doing face-to-face research, we believe online focus groups can help many companies to keep their projects ongoing by enabling online qualitative studies.”
